We try to stay on schedule with appointments, although emergencies sometimes arise. When emergencies arise, we try to inform you of any delays and give you the option of waiting or rescheduling the appointment.

If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after 4:30 p.m., the answering service will screen and forward all messages to the doctor "on call". Please restrict your calls after hours to emergencies only. For better service, give your symptoms, the phone number where you can be reached, and the name of your pharmacy to the answering service. The physician "on call" will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
